YOUTH OLYMPIC GAMES

okay, was dismissed today at 1pm for lunch before going to The Padang, and i think i was like not used to cheering alr and was like dehydrated after 3hours of cheering and wayang-ing. Knew some new friends today, and yeah, CONGRATS TO SINGAPORE TO WINNING THE BID, (at least we didn't waste the money spent on those facilities) oh, i must comment that those organisers of the YOG countdown event were a little rude and realistic, like after we were done with the cheering of the crowd, (after we are of no use to them) they gave us like no space to 'breathe' la. i mean, after we have cheered and danced and wayang-ed. of course we would be tired and thirsty. so some of us sat down along the passageway inside the Parliament House and u know this event organiser was like so rude, he shouted at us with an irritated tone when we were only taking a rest from all the hustle and were thirsty and hungry and tired. Then he blamed us for like endangering the safety of the people inside the building, yeah, give us some space please, after all, i guess the organisers demanded a favour from us and ought to be a lil grateful. =/ oh and some ppl were sitting by the roadside (the road was closed) and these organisers again told us off and said don sit there, they could have adopted a kinder tone, but i guess they were tired too, (we are of course all humans, youths command the equal respect an adult should have too) anyways, all that aside, i must highlight that when one is feeling dehydrated, he/she would adopt a rather annoyed tone and would do things lethargically and yes, today i was like doing a 'silent' dance cos i really felt giddy, then this person who was apparantly very high and asked me why i am not shouting nor getting high, (apparantly i lost control) so i shouted loudly at her, sorry for my loss of composure but ppl shld be more sensitive towards others moods. thats it.OG14 and the OGLS OF OG14! to those who can and want to come, we will be watching a movie at vivo on sunday, 1pm. we meet at harbourfront station. (: |
